Benedetta Ballanti

LANGUAGE INSTRUCTOR

Ciao! I’m Benedetta, originally from Montepulciano, a town in Tuscany. I now live in Philadelphia, where I teach at the America-Italy Society. I earned my Master’s degree in Comparative Linguistics, specializing in Teaching Italian to Foreign Students, from the University for Foreigners in Siena in 2017.
My passion for teaching, combined with my love for Italy and its language, has given me the opportunity to teach students from diverse backgrounds across the world. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy walking with my dog, making music, cooking and drinking a good glass of red wine from Montepulciano.

The America-Italy Society of Philadelphia promotes friendship and cultural understanding between the Republic of Italy and the United States of America
